Terms of Service

Welcome to HomePro Handyman LLC (“HomePro Handyman,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and communications, including text message (SMS/MMS) communications. By engaging our services or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Services

HomePro Handyman LLC provides residential and commercial handyman and home repair services in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. Our services include but are not limited to general repairs, maintenance, installations, and related home improvement work. Service details, pricing, and scheduling are discussed directly with each client prior to beginning work.

  1. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages from HomePro Handyman LLC, you expressly consent to receive SMS and MMS messages from us. These messages may include:

Appointment reminders, confirmations, and scheduling updates; service-related notifications and follow-ups; estimates, invoices, and payment reminders; and responses to your inquiries.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service needs and interactions with us. You may receive approximately 2–10 messages per month depending on active jobs and communications.

Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. HomePro Handyman LLC is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier related to SMS or MMS messages.

You do not need to consent to receiving text messages as a condition of purchasing or receiving our services. You may contact us by phone or email as an alternative.

  1. Opt-In Consent

By providing your phone number to HomePro Handyman LLC — whether through our website, by phone, in person, or through our scheduling platform — and agreeing to receive text messages, you are giving your express written consent to receive SMS/MMS communications from us.

Your consent to receive text messages is not required to use our services or make a purchase. Consent applies only to the phone number you provided at the time of opt-in.

  1. Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel SMS communications at any time. To opt out, simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm your unsubscription. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from HomePro Handyman LLC unless you opt in again.

  1. No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing

HomePro Handyman LLC will not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your information may be shared only with service providers who help us deliver our services (such as our scheduling and communication platform), and those providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than assisting us.

  1. Liability and Disclaimers

HomePro Handyman LLC is not liable for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By subscribing to our SMS service, you acknowledge and agree that HomePro Handyman LLC will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages, including but not limited to delays, non-delivery, or technical issues.

  1. Service Estimates and Payments

All estimates provided by HomePro Handyman LLC are non-binding until a formal agreement is made between the client and HomePro Handyman LLC. Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work, materials required, and site conditions. Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the start of work.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomePro Handyman LLC’s total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable services. HomePro Handyman LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective when posted to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services or receipt of text messages after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
